Minimum Order

Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design minimum order is $350 + freight for all new orders. A minimum of $200 applies for re-orders.


Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design orders must be pre-paid via proforma invoice; we are not able to offer accounts. We accept credit card or bank payments. You will be emailed the invoice and goods will be held for 21 days pending payment. Please note that we only hold limited stock so all orders will be held for a maximum of 21 days before being reallocated to another stockist. No orders will be posted until full payment is received.


Delivery and time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order.


Approval is needed before becoming a Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you don’t place a re-order within 6 months Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.


Prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced. All goods come with a RRP and goods must not be priced under this amount. Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design is registered for GST.

Copyright and Images

This website is owned by Sarah Rothe (ABN: 67 568 725 793), and subject to copyright. If you would like to use any of our images for promotional purposes please ask permission first - a simple email is fine. 

Sales Outlets/ Website and online sales

You are only authorised to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design at the address given. Secondary stores must receive prior approval. Website and online sales must have prior approval by Sarah Rothe. Even if your retail store has online sales attached you must receive separate approval for both outlets. Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through markets without written permission.


Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 10 days of receipt. Please do not return goods before contacting Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design. Should we ask you to return goods you must obtain a postage receipt and that will be credited against your account. 


Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design products are hand made and coloured (anodised) individually. There may be slight differences in colour due to this nature, the buyer accepts this when the order is placed. It will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued.

Special Orders

Special orders or custom colour combinations placed with Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design are non-refundable and a deposit must be paid before manufacture commences.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Sarah Rothe | jewellery & design. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from sarahrothe.com. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Payment Processor, PayPal.
